The Prometheus collection is based on my son; the empowerment of seeing him become his own person and blooming like the lotus flower.
This work is inspired by my son's third year of life, layering darker maroons to set the ground for the lighter figure that pops forward from the darkness. The figure is stepping out into the space, moving forward through life.
In this work I am repeating a common motif found in the work of Budd Hopkins through the circle in the space around the figure.

Artwork in original condition can be returned up to 30 days after the buyer has recieved it. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibilty of the seller. Artwork must be packaged and shipped by UPS in order to receive a refund for the cost of the artwork.
If the artwork is damaged in shipping I will work with you to figure out the best solution.
